Adobe Flash

Adobe's Flash is an industry standard, multimedia graphics program which enables you to create interactive "movies" on your website. Flash is a vector based animation program. The only drawback is that it requires a proprietary plug-in but it is estimated that teh Flash Player plug-in is installed in over 90% of browsers.

The video codec H.264/AVC can be used by Flash players, Quick Time and other video players. It can provide the smallest, and produces the best image quality.

Flash movies can use action scripts to enhance their presentation.
