Testing Web Forms

It is very important to test your form to make sure that it does what you want it to do.

The only way to test a form is to open the form on the www and submit it.

If you are checking for required fields, then submit the form with no data entered to see if you can submit it or if you get error messages.
If I have put an asterisks (*) beside a field to indicate that it is required, then make sure you get an error message when you try to submit the form with no data.
If you have an email address required, try to enter a invalid email address. A valid email addressgenerally has @ and period so try entering just a word with out a @. You should get a error message.
