Creating a Web Design

1. Open Photoshop
2. Create a new file (Ctrl+n) with 800x800 px and 72 dpi.
3. Use the Paint Bucket Tool (G) to paint the new layer with the color of your choice.
   
4. Create a new layer (Ctrl+Shift+n)
5. Go to Edit>Fill and select a pattern
   
6. 
7. Add the header and the footer
